1. Introduction

Thank you for supporting Skyline Distillery. We appreciate your business and understand that sometimes your purchase may not work out. This Return Policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds.

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date. 

Unopened bottles with unaltered seal and original purchase receipt can be returned with a full refund in the same form as the original payment method. 


 

3. Proof of Purchase

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

4. Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact info@skylinedistillery.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, including reason for return.

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

7. Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase  for the same item, contact info@skylinedistillery.com.
