Around here, we don’t rush a good thing.
Five Gin starts life right at our distillery — fermented, distilled, and finished entirely by hand. Once we’ve built our clean base spirit, we infuse it with a careful mix of botanicals that feel right at home on the prairies: juniper for backbone, citrus peel for brightness, and a touch of spice to keep things interesting.

The result is a gin that’s crisp but friendly — smooth enough to sip, lively enough for a classic cocktail, and honest enough to taste like where it comes from.

We build every drop ourselves — that’s what makes Five Gin different.
From fermentation through distillation, everything happens right here at Skyline. We use our own spirit base instead of store-bought alcohol, giving us control over every nuance before the botanicals ever touch the still.

Each batch runs through eleven careful distillations, then rests with our blend of botanicals until the flavours balance just right: fresh juniper, citrus zest, soft spice, and a whisper of prairie air.

There’s no rush, no shortcuts — just patience, practice, and a small team that still believes in doing it the hard way because it tastes better.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Juniper forward with a clean citrus lift.
