Our Story and Vision
Born on the prairies and built by five friends, Skyline Distillery makes spirits the right way—slow, careful, and entirely in-house. From fermentation to bottle, every drop is our work. Saskatchewan made. Canadian proud. Small-batch spirits with clean character and quiet confidence.

The Full Story

Out where the horizon runs forever, five founders set out to bottle a bit of Saskatchewan. We believed great spirits should taste like where they’re made—honest, balanced, and crafted by people who care. Today, Skyline Distillery is still independent, still hands-on, and still rooted in Boggy Creek, Saskatchewan. We don’t chase trends. We make spirits we’re proud to pour.
We’re a from-scratch distillery. That means we ferment our own base spirit, distill it in small batches, refine it to a clean, smooth finish, then bottle it under one roof. Making it ourselves gives us control at every step—the first bubble in the fermenter, the last cut from the still—so what’s in the glass is exactly what it should be.
