Infused with hand picked Saskatchewan cherries, our limited release southern style sour mash cherry cask whisky carries a rich depth of flavour, balanced by a subtle sweetness. The result is smooth, warm and layered with character - offering a spirit as bold and inviting as the prairies themselves.

This one’s got roots in two places — southern tradition and prairie spirit.
Our Cherry Cask Whisky starts with a true sour corn mash, the same time-honoured method used to make classic American bourbons. We ferment and distill it ourselves here in Boggy Creek, letting patience do the hard work.

Once the whisky matures, we rest it with local prairie cherries — not to make it sweet, but to add a gentle fruit warmth and a touch of colour. The result is rich and round with notes of oak, caramel, and soft cherry on the finish.

It’s our small-batch salute to the craft whiskies we love — built from scratch, aged with care, and proudly made right here in Saskatchewan.

We start the old-fashioned way — with corn, water, and time.
Every batch is fermented from scratch and twice-distilled before aging. That sour-mash process gives the whisky its mellow depth and hint of sweetness, while time in oak brings out smooth vanilla and toasty spice.

For this limited release, we finish the whisky with prairie cherries, which lend a gentle tartness that rounds off the edges and deepens the colour.
It’s hands-on work from start to finish — the kind of small-batch craftsmanship that only happens when you make everything yourself.
