Ingredients & Barware
1.5 oz FIVE Vodka
2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup
Tonic water
Ice
Rosemary sprig
Grapefruit wedge
Cocktail shaker or shaker cup
Highball glass
Directions
Rosemary Simple Syrup
Add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 rosemary sprigs to saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stir occasionally, let simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain into a food safe container, such as a mason jar, and refrigerate up to one week.
Grapefruit + Rosemary FIVE Vodka Tonic
Fill cocktail shaker or shaker cup with ice, add 1.5 oz FIVE vodka, 2 oz grapefruit juice, and 1 oz rosemary simple syrup.
Shake for 15-20 seconds.
Pour contents over ice into a highball glass.
Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge and a rosemary sprig.
